Essay

Object of research: processes of price formation in the food market and the impact on these the laws of market and regulatory functions of the state. Purpose: to develop science-based concepts, methodological framework, methodological positions, practical recommendations for the formation of system of state and market regulation of prices for the food market, the use of which will increase the food security of Ukraine. Methods: systematic, statistical, financial and situational analysis, economic modeling, expert. Novelty: first developed the conceptual basis of price regulation in the food market on the basis of a comprehensive approach, method of evaluating the effectiveness of price regulation in the food market on the basis of system of rank and weighing indicators of benefits and costs, improved scientific and methodical approach to the typology of administrative methods of price regulation. Scope: the preparation of the State Program of Economic and Social Development of Ukraine for 2012, in the activities of the State Inspection for Control over Prices in the Volyn region, in the learning process of the National University "Lvivska Polytechnika".
