Zheliuk T. Organizational and Economical Management Mechanism of Long-Term Development of National Economy

The thesis is devoted to develop conceptual model of organizational and economic management mechanism of long-term development of national economy. This model is a design of basis and derived principles that determine the formulation of institutional, resource, procedural, instrumental and organizational subsystems which provide economic transformation according to the long-term goals of development within selected priority frames of national interests and challenges of the global environment. The doctrine of management of long-term development of national economy is substantiated and grounded as an effective instrument of strengthening the organization capacity to increase endogenous potential due to adhering the targeted principles. Also the matrix of strategic selections and multivariate predictive models of economic development in terms of risk and uncertainties is proposed. The analytical model is developed for measuring the effectiveness of organizational and economic management mechanism of long-term development of national economy in terms of economic, social and institutional indicators. A number of propositions to strengthen the institutional capacity of public organizations to use forecasting tools, economic and mathematics modeling in terms of risk and uncertainties, stimulation the economic instruments of innovation activity, macroeconomic security, structural changes in the aspect of sustainable development are formed.
