Semenchenko N. Genesis of enterprise restructuring in conditions of globalization

In dissertational work performed fundamental research of theoretical, methodological, practical provisions of the restructuring process and found a new solution of scientific and applied problem - the definition of an effective strategy for enterprise restructuring in conditions of globalization. Trends in the formation of the global investment environment - the growing integration of world production, trade, communications and finance, as well as the process of internationalization of political, economic and social structures form a new paradigm of enterprise management that can promptly and efficiently respond to any changes outside. Given to global trends in international scientific and practical research was developed and formulated conclusions of the conceptual, methodological and practical research directions. Based on fundamental research has been developed and proposed a modular system determination of the effective restructuring strategy, which theoretical basis on apparatus of fuzzy logic and multivariable regression analysis. It has been proven high adequacy and convenience of model, combined with low costs of its implementation. A model can also be used to assess the current condition of the company, to determine the ammount of management compensation, and to evaluate the business by investors. Low cost, versatility, high degree of accuracy and using of intelligent technology makes the built model an irreplaceable tool in business activity.
