Essay

Thesis solves the actual problem of diagnosis verification and treatment of patients with coronary artery disease (CAD) associated with nonalcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) based on comprehensive study of clinical manifestation, biochemical and instrumental tests of cardiovascular system and liver function, and their relationship. It was revealed informative diagnostic criteria, defined features of pharmacological correction of identified risk factors and clarified prognosis of CAD flow in the patients with NAFLD. On the basis of clinical, instrumental and laboratory study of 315 patients with CAD after MI (214 patients associated with NAFLD), it was found out, that concomitant course of both diseases leads to prevailing multivessel coronary lesions.
