Zaitseva I. Organizationally economic going near protecting of enterprises of motor transport from unfriendly absorptions

Goal - specifically, methods used by motor transport enterprises at the current stage of economic development in the territory of Ukraine. Purpose - to develop theoretic-methodological, procedural, and practical methods of protection from hostile takeovers in the territory of Ukraine. Methods - general and specific approachesystematic and statistical analysis;economic and mathematical analysis; the genetic method, the method of economic experiment. Novelty - new concept developed and vocabulary expanded to describe protections for motor transport enterprises from unfriendly takeovers; a methodical approach to the self-adaptive system of enterprise management in the context of its protection against hostile takeovers; a methodological approach of organic integration of strategic and tactical defense enterprises by identifying typical processes of hostile takeovers of motor transport enterprises; proposed methodical bases of assessment of the level of protection of road transport enterprises from unfriendly takeovers; a theoretical-approach to determining the level of protection of the motor transport enterprises from the threat of unfriendly takeovers; a classification of risks of hostile takeovers. Results - improved: methodical approach to determining the level of economic security of transport enterprises; structural elements of a comprehensive approach to protect enterprises from unfriendly takeovers; justifications and specific characteristics of the category "functional components of the economic security of the enterprise", which made it possible to define the corporate functional component as a separate unit within the economic security of the enterprise; classification of threats to the economic security of the enterprise including a new kind of threat on such a classification; methodical bases of establishing the organizational structure of the road transport enterprise to prevent hostile takeovers of domestic road transport enterprises. Acquired subsequent development: presentation on the general content of the concept of "economic security enterprise"; classification of the main methods that use enterprise-aggressors in hostile takeovers, which made it possible to identify and reveal the essence of a typical process of hostile takeovers; theoretical basis and development of a model of enterprise security. Introdiced - The Committee on Industrial and Regulatory Policy and Entrepreneurship in Ukraine which is in the process of reparing Ukrainian laws which relate to transportation and transportation enterprises.Branch - motor transport.
