Essay

Object: neovascular glaucoma. Purpose: To increase the treatment efficacy of patient's with secondary neovascular glaucoma by clarifying the pathogenetic role of vazoproliferative and vasomotor factors with subsequent development of pathogenetically substantiated medication and a modified method of surgical block distribution vazoproliferation. Methods: ophthalmologic; biochemical; light and electric microscopy; methods of statistic determination of the results. Equipment: microscope, electric microscope, reograph, OCT, ultrasonic device. The first was examined the role of imbalance vazoproliferative and vasomotor factors in blood when it is secondary neovascular glaucoma in experiment and in clinic, was proved their pathogenetic importance in neovascular process development. Worked out a method based pharmacological therapy antioxidant, antihypoxyc and metaboltic status of the stages of secondary neovascular glaucoma. A method of surgical treatment of secondary neovascular glaucoma which consists of the barrier sklerotsykloretraktion. The results were introduced in the Kharkiv Regional Hospital, in the Lugansk regional center of eye diseases, branch of Eye Microsurgery Donetsk Regional Clinical Territorial Medical Association and in the eye department of Zaporizzya Regional Clinical Hospital, Department of Eye Microsurgery Crimean regional administration Clinical Hospital. Area of application: medicine, ophthalmology.
