Dissertation is devoted to developing theoretical and methodological principles and practical recommendations on the formation mechanisms of innovation development of enterprises of the agricultural sector. A conceptual development of innovative agricultural enterprises that combine complex mechanisms of regulation of institutional innovation development, the formation of intellectual resources, enhance innovation process by creating an integrated agro-industrial units, logistical and infrastructure support of innovation in agricultural enterprises.
