Dissertation devoted to solving the scientifically problem of improving methodology radionuclide examinations of the kidneys children with nephropathies by helping complex radionuclide scintigraphic investigation using radiopharmaceuticals with different mechanisms of elimination. There were presented results of scintigraphic examinations 789 children from 5 to 18 years old with acute and chronic pyelonephrites, hypoplasies and dysplasies of kidneys, single kidney, hydronephrosis and vesicoureteral reflux. On the basis of this evaluation it was developed sequence of using NRP in children by initial and monitoring investigations according to diagnostic significance ever NRP and nosological form of disease.
