The aim of the thesis research: study of theoretical and methodological foundations and development of practical recommendations for the creation, identification, evaluation and effective use of innovation and investment potential of agricultural enterprises. Object of research - the process of formation and implementation of innovation and investment potential of agricultural enterprises. Methods: abstract logic, ranking, economic and statistical, Economics and Mathematics. Theoretical results: formulated and grounded in the scientific aspects of economic enrich science with new theoretical and methodological principles for the formation of innovation and investment potential of agro-industrial enterprises. Practical results: scientific position dissertation research to develop theory and methodological approaches to improve the mechanisms of formation of innovation and investment potential of companies. Scientific novelty: A theoretical and methodological approach to solving scientific problems of innovation and investment potential of companies on the basis of the theory of additive value and consider it as an integral whole set signs and formed elements of the functional properties of individual components of the potential. Degree of implementation: results of the study applied the main departments of agricultural development, departments of agricultural development in the district state administrations in agricultural enterprises and in the educational process. Effectiveness: This study will contribute to solving the problems of formation and evaluation of innovation and investment potential of agricultural enterprises.
