Object of research: the process of intellectualization of economy of Ukraine. Purpose: to study the theoretical foundations and develop mechanisms to ensure investment intellectualization of economy of Ukraine. Methods: monographic, statistical, visual, economic, social analysis, sociological research, comparisons, factor analysis. Novelty: first developed the concept of intellectualization of the economy, proposed the structure interagency mechanism to ensure investment intellectualization of economy, improved organizational and economic bases for the intellectualization of the economy as a factor of economic growth through support of the development fund intellectualization of economy, methodical approaches to the provision of investment research.
