Object - patients with chronic pulmonary heart on the basis of CODL and BA; the aim - diagnostics of endothelium disfunction and the increase of treatment efficiency; methods -clinical, laboratory, instrumental statistical; novelty - for the first time there were investigated the indexes of endothelium disfunction at patients with chronic pulmonary heart. It was proved, that at these patients lymphocytes oxide azot decreases content of endothelium increases, indexes of morphometri of brachial artery is changed, antioxidant status, homostasis, change of lipids; the results - were introduced into studying process and practical medicine; branch - medicine.
