Dmytrenko E. Legal responsibility of the subjects of financial law (as a part of mechanism of legal ensuring of financial security of Ukraine).

In this dissertation the problems of legal responsibility of subjects of Financial Law, as a part of mechanism of legal ensuring of financial security of Ukraine are researched. Also, the content of financial security, the system of threats to financial security and mechanism of legal ensuring are determined. Sense characteristics of legal responsibility of subjects of financial law are researched. The legislation of Ukraine and other countries as well as legal international enactments in this sphere are analyzed. The system of budget, tax, currency and other offences in the sphere of financial activity is examined. The ways of enhancing the mechanism of legal responsibility are offered in case of committing such offences.
