Ustenko O. Fundamentals of virtual systems management and technical operation of locomotives

The object of study - a process management system technical operation of the SCC. Purpose of the study - the formation of a virtual control system technical operation of the SCC. The thesis contains a scientific basis, which allows a comprehensive and unified methodological position to solve the problem of formation of virtual systems, technical operation of locomotives. To do this, developed the concept of a virtual control system technical operation of locomotives (VSUTE SCC), which generalizes the definition of evidence-based characteristics and the principle of developing a system of technical operation, maintenance and repair of rolling stock, taking into account the operating conditions, the global technical standards, systems maintenance and repair , the state of repair depots and factories, and features industry and the railways of Ukraine. Based on the framework developed by the formation of VSUTE CBP proposed the corresponding system of technical maintenance of locomotives 2TE116 for Southern Railway.
