Object of research - the processes of repair and preparation for the seasonal operation of diesel power plants. The subject of research - methods and models to enhance the functioning diesel power plants. Studies were conducted using methods of stochastic processes, dynamical systems theory, queuing theory, reliability theory, mathematical statistics, fuzzy sets and hybrid neural networks, methods of the theory of fuzzy logic, wavelets, time series and bootstrap. In theory, summarized the results of research on preparation of diesel power plants to seasonal operation. A new scientific approach to the formation of training methods and models diesel power plants to seasonal operation. The models and methods for evaluating the modified diesel power plants for different seasons of operation, which in contrast to the substantial, take into account the dynamic nature of processes that take into account seasonal variations and predict the change in fuel consumption and reliability. The results of the thesis can be used for development of new control systems technical state of diesel power plants, develop measures to improve energy efficiency of diesel engines in other areas of functioning which is associated with the use of diesel power plants.
