The thesis work is devoted to development of theoretic and methodological principles, methodical provisions and practical recommendations on of the accessible housing market in Ukraine. The current situation and tendencies of residential construction and housing development in Ukraine have been analyzed. The manifestations of the main dysfunctions of the accessible housing market have been researched.
