Yatsenko O. Competitive Advantages of the Beekeeping Industry in the Context of Food Markets Globalization

The aim of the investigation: the theoretical and methodological, practical substantiation of scientific principles of forming beekeeping industry competitive advantages, the development of their prior directions application considering agrarian food markets globalization. The object of the investigation is the process of formation and implementation of competitive advantages of beekeeping industry under the conditions of food market globalization. Methods of investigation: induction, terminology analysis and operationalization of concepts, scientific abstraction, analysis and synthesis, retrospective analysis, economic and statistic, economic and mathematical modeling. Theoretical results: development of proposals and recommendations to improve the competitive advantage the beekeeping industry of Ukraine. Practical results: the results of the investigation are directed for practical solutions of the problems considering stable and competitive development of domestic agriculture branches. Scientific novelty: the thesis introduces the term "multifunctional competitiveness", that is equal to the requirements of holistic paradigm and the concept of multifunctional development of agriculture and treated as a set of organizational, economic, institutional and managerial, social and professional, natural and ecological reserves and abilities of a specific agricultural sector realized in trade relations of entities; it has thus positive effect on rural environment development. Level of implementation: the results of the investigation conducted are used by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, Ministry of Agrarian Policy of Ukraine, the Department of Agricultural Development of Zhytomyr Regional State Administration. Efficiency: the results of the investigation will contribute to improve competitiveness and competitive advantages formation of Ukraine's beekeeping industry on the basis of adaptation and integration of the sector into the global market system. Sphere of implementation: central and regional governments, local governments, higher educational institutions, agrarian enterprises.
