Essay

The object of the research: pulmonary tuberculosis (PTB); the objective - to improve the effectiveness of treatment and to prevent the development of irreversible changes in the cardiovascular system that lead to disability of patients through the development of correction technology of specific and pathogenetic therapy, taking into account the state of hemodynamics and myocardial function; the methods of the research: physical examination, X-ray, laboratory, biochemical, microbiological, epidemiological, electrocardiographic, echocardioscopic, fibrobroncho- and laryngoscopic, pneumotachometric, pulseoximetric, densitometric; the novelty: the dependence of the functional state of the cardio-vascular system on the type, clinical form, chemical resistance, complications accompanied by HIV, the nature of the treatment of PTB patients with concomitant cardiovascular disease has been ascertained for the first time; the adequate correction of antimycobacterial, pathogenetic therapy of patients with PTB, taking into account indices of hemodynamics and myocardial function, has been substantiated and developed.
