The dissertation deals with the theoretical generalization and the investigation of the new approaches to the decision of the theoretical and practical problem which is the development of the theoretical and mythological principles and applied recommendations, suggestions, methodologies and algorithms intended for further development of mortgage to invest agrarian enterprises. Essence of mortgage is elaborated, economic, legal and institutional prerequisites of mortgage development are defined.Technological, ecological and price types of land rent that are calculated under expert money estimation of arable land as objects of mortgage are elaborated. The new approaches on real estate estimation and the expert money estimation of agrarian enterprises as integral property complexes are improved. The economic and mathematical model of solvency estimation of the borrower of mortgage loans is worked out.
