Essay

The dissertation contains a comprehensive analysis of theoretical and practical problems of right of a special nature management as part of a comprehensive environmental law institute in Ukraine, its legal nature and ways of its improvement. In this dissertation it is proved that the right of a special nature management is marked out to be separated from the general nature management, which is characterized by accessibility and designed to meet the essential needs of man, on condition that there will be no harm to the environment.
