Kulynych P. Legal problems of protection and use of agricultural lands in Ukraine

The dissertation is the first in the land law of Ukraine complex scientific research of legal problems of protection and use of agricultural lands at the methodological basis of social naturalism. On the basis of this methodological approach legal problems of land relations' reform, development of private ownership to land and land market formation have been analyzed. Land protection potential of the system of commercial and subsidiary agricultural land use as well as ways of its realization by means of law have been researched. Specialization and detailization of legal regulation of agricultural land use was used as a basis for substantiation of the new system of objects of legal relations in the sphere of protection and use of agricultural lands in the period of intensified farming. The proposals for systematic improvement of legal and organizational mechanisms of protection and use of agricultural lands of Ukraine in modern time are grounded.
