Resnikova O. The food safety in the conditions of economical globalization: theory, methodology, practice

The dissertation is devoted to the problems of formation Ukrainian food safety in the conditions of world globalization of economy according to it. Theoretical bases of economic safety of the state are opened, the essence and problems of food maintenance in the system of national economic safety is shown. The author developed he methodology of the system analysis of food safety in the view of influence on world processes, determined informative and analytical maintenance of food safety of the country and formulated the criteria and techniques of the estimation of food safety. On the analysis carried out the tendencies of development and efficiency of agricultural potential usage of the country as a bases of maintenance of national food safety are shown. With the purpose of applying national food safety, the strategy of steady development of agricultural subcomplex of the country with the purpose of maintenance of national food safety is proved, also, the forecast of development of the agricultural potential of the country in the conditions of globalization of economy is developed. The main part of the investigation is the concept of development of the agricultural product markets in the context of social security and maintenance of social standards of the country.
