Research object: pyo-inflammatory processes caused by S.pyogenes. Aim of work: to improve the diagnosis and treatment of chronic inflammatory processes caused by S.pyogenes, based on the definition of microbiological, immunological and metabolic characteristics. Research methods: microbiological, immunological, biochemical, gistomorfologichni, statistics. Theoretical and practical results: practical recommendations and newsletters to improve the diagnosis and treatment of chronic inflammatory processes caused by S.pyogenes. A comprehensive laboratory evaluation of immune and metabolic disorders associated with the development of endogenous toxicity, suitable for optimizing therapy. Research-based practical recommendations for improving the treatment of inflammatory processes caused by S.pyogenes, through the use of directed transport of drugs in inflammatory, depending on time of day. The results of an experimental model to improve S.pyogenes biofilms in vitro experiments in the form of monoculture introduced into bacteriological laboratory KZOZ "Kharkiv Oblast Children's Clinical Hospital № 1" to the district health station of Kharkov and in the educational process at the Department of Microbiology, Virology and Immunology Kharkiv National Medical University. An integrated approach to rational antibiotic therapy with diadynamophoresis depending on time of day, introduced into clinical practice of Pediatric Surgery Regional Hospital of Kharkov. Novelty of the based on in-depth study of the structural and metabolic state of immunity in chronic inflammatory processes caused by S.pyogenes, improved laboratory complex tactics, including immunological, biochemical, and microbiological criteria, as defined in the biofilm antibiotic susceptibility S.pyogenes. Identified imunometabolichni changes in children with purulent - inflammatory processes caused by S.pyogenes, allowed to justify the direction and offer a scheme of combination therapy with tsitokinokorektoru roncoleukin, immunocorrectors polyoxidonium, antioxidants, B vitamins and chemotherapeutic drugs introduced in the inflammatory focus with diadynamophoresis. For the first time proved more effective in the treatment of chronic inflammatory processes caused by S.pyogenes, by targeted drug delivery to inflammatory best since 1500. Introduction level: research results have been used in the department of Pediatric Surgery Regional Hospital, in the bacteriological laboratory KZOZ "Kharkiv Oblast Children's Clinical Hospital № 1" to the district health station of Kharkov and in the educational process at the department of microbiology, virology and Immunology, Kharkiv National Medical University.
