Bilozir L. Pulmonary tuberculosis in children of juvenile age (epidemiology, revealing, clinic, diagnosis, treatment, prevention)

Object of investigation: tuberculosis in adolescents. Aim of investigation: to improve effectiveness of diagnostic, therapy and prophylaxis of tuberculosis in adolescents on the background of epidemiological, organizing-methodological, clinic-laboratory, special instrumental, immunological and biochemical investigations in pathomorphosis of specific process by improvement and development of activities for early detection, therapy and prevention of the disease in in today's environment. Methods of investigation: epidemiological, clinical, X-Ray, microbiological, general laboratory, special (instrumental, immunological, biochemical), mathematic and statistics. Novelty: firstly were established patterns of the dynamics of the morbidity of the tuberculosis in adolescents vs other age groups, burdened by increased risk of the disease; established dependence of the immunological and biochemical homeostasis from the degree of prevalence, phase of the process and bacterial allocation; justified and proved of the use of Aloe Vera Gel in complex chemiotherapy and chemioprophylaxis of tuberculosis in adolescents.
