Essay

Results of complex study of clinical, endoscopy, functional, morphological and biochemical features of esophageal mucous membrane and saliva composition in patients with rheumatoid arthritis (RA) and osteoarthritis (OA) were presented in the thesis. It was established that patients with RA and OA had the same changes of esophagus mucous membrane, because of using anti-inflammatory drugs for treatment. Recommendations for prophylaxis, methods for diagnostic of the esophagus pathology in patients with RA and OA were established.
