Tkachuk V. The diversification of the agrarian enterprise activities: theory, methodology, practice.

The thesis covers the investigation into the scientific, methodological and practical princi-ples of forming the process of the agrarian enterprise activities on the basis of the existing theories which are widely highlighted in the domestic and foreign reference sources. The author substantiates the essence of the economic category of diversification, the basic factors of macro- and microenvironment under the effects of which its advantages are realized; re-veals the prerequisites stipulating the peculiarities of diversification in agriculture and suggests the criteria for assessing the efficiency of the diversification process of the agrarian enterprise ac-tivities. An integrated system of the methodological principles of diversification of the agrarian en-terprise activities is developed. The zonal assessment of the level of the farm production horizontal diversification is made and the map of Ukraine's diversification zones is constructed. The economic efficiency of diversi-fying the agrarian enterprise activities on the basis of optimizing the financial mechanism of the economic activities is proved. The strategic priorities of the agrarian enterprise activities accord-ing to the requirements of the market and social and economic prognostications are determined.
