The dissertation is devoted to the study of peculiarities of pathogenesis, diagnostics and therapy of arterial hypertension (AH) in patients with chronic visceropathies (CV) in combination with spinal osteochondrosis (SO). It was found that in the majority of patients with CV in combination with SO and without it dissimilar manifestations of AH took place, which are based on differentiation of their significant group signs according to the parameters of the canonical function of step-by-step regressive discriminant analysis and the obtained simple clusters of clinical laboratory, hemodynamic and structural functional changes of the myocardium of the left ventricle: in metameric pathology (MP) of vertebrobasillar and mesoaortal vascular pools (VP) and the trigeminus mainly the signs of severe AH take place, and in the affections of the cardiovascular pool or the trigeminus the signs of mild and moderate AH took place.
