Tsymbal A. Institutional regulation of the labour market of Ukraine: theory, methodology, practice

The object is the processes of labor market regulation forming on different levels of national economy. The purpose is the development of theoretically methodological principals and practical recommendations according to forming of qualitatively new institutional mechanism of labor market regulation of Ukraine. The methods are general scientists such as dialectical, logical, system analysis, abstractly logical, comparative. On the basis of research is cybernetic and system. The special methods are the method of economic phenomena complex system analysis, historical method, method of mathematical statistic and economic-mathematical, index integral estimation, multiple-factor simulation. The novelty is defending of institutional regulation methodological principals and definition of its introduction in system national macro regulation form. It is defended on state, regional and municipal levels. The sphere of using is central and local authorities of state power, the authorities of local self-government, civil and professional joining and organizations.
