Dankevych A. Forming and efficiency of functioning of agrokholdings

Object of research: the development and operation of agricultural holdings in the agricultural sector. Aim: study of theoretical and methodological principles of forming of agricultural holdings and develop practical recommendations for their effective functioning in the light of organizational, economic and social factors of agricultural production. Methods: abstract and logical, statistical, economic, monographic, sociological, index, settlement and constructive and comparison, correlation and regression. Theoretical and practical results: to organizational, economic, structural and legal stages of agricultural holdings. We construct a general scheme of agricultural holdings and its organizational model in which the control system consists of two control centers - financial and production. A comparative analysis of the integration areas of economic activity depending on the form of business combination. A comprehensive study of the effectiveness of economic activity agrokholdings analyzed their use of resources, developed areas of efficiency of economic activities and the necessity of balancing social and economic parameters of interest with the counting of rural areas within which they are active. The novelty is to establish the theoretical and methodological, organizational and economic principles of formation and development of agricultural holdings in the agricultural sector.
