Essay

An object of researches is a technological process that is executed by pneumomassage sowing vehicles. The aim of work is upgrading and efficiency of implementation of sowing works by the increase of exactness of sowing, providing of reliability of implementation of technological operations of dosage and distribution of seed along a line in a furrow, including for technologies of exact(adapted) agriculture. Research methods. The mathematical methods of design of physical processes were in-process used moving of seed, based on the use differential and integral calculations. By the methods of theory of chances and theory of functions of casual arguments the built models of forming of gradual and sudden casual refuses of sowing vehicles. In-process there is the created theory of functioning of sowing vehicles of pneumomassage type; first set conformities to law of fascination of seed of free-form by the batching elements of pneumomassage sowing vehicles and reasonable parameters of these elements;offer managing algorithms and structural decisions of sowing vehicles that influence on exactness of sowing at the variable norms of sowing are adapted to the terms of exact agriculture. Results undertaken studies underlay, and also equipment for their research and tests that is protected by copyright certificates and patents(№ 54898, 1468447, S4898, 17212, 17214, 44524, 44525, 44528, 58306, 201106408 and other) development of original sowing vehicles and systems. Offer designer developments and perfections are inculcated in the pre-production and serial models of сеялок of seed-spacing on the "Chervona Zirka"(Kirovohrad), of "TODAK"(Kyiv).
