Dumenko K. Development of Scientific and Technical Bases for Providing Reliability of Grain Harvesting Combines by Improving Their Maintenance System.

The target of research is the process of dynamic streams formation of refusals and renewals of combine harvesters working capacity at different levels of development of maintenance service base. The object of research is scientific and technical bases of the process of dynamic streams formation of refusals and renewals of combine harvesters working capacity which provide their reliability by improvement of maintenance service system. The mathematical models of system reliability ' the machine - the maintenance service base ' in dynamics of gradual ageing machinery; the theory of reliability maintenance of complex deteriorating technical systems (combine harvesters) with the use of a graph method is developed for the first time too, that in the given area application has allowed to solve a scientific and technical problem of combine harvesters maintenance of a necessary level of reliability by the maintenance service base improvement; it has also been established for the first time the variation laws of readiness and renewal factors. For reasons given the average values of error-free running time which prove the expediency of modification to structural construction and maintenance service system of combine harvesters with the development of the guidelines concerning the increase of reliability level and rational forecasting of the nomenclature and quantity of spare parts are received.
