Object: economic regulation of financial resources play real and personal factors of production in economy of Ukraine. Aim: To develop theoretical and methodological principles of economic regulation play real and personal factors of production in the transitional economy, identifying the mechanisms and consequences of this regulation and study areas to improve it. Methods: systems analysis, abstract logic, modeling, economic statistics. Results: The studies need economic regulation of reproduction factors of production in economy of Ukraine. It is found out and systematized the basic factors of production and financial resources to reproduction, as well as tools to control the playback inputs. New ness: the research of economic regulation playback inputs in the transitional economic system, found a direct relationship between the level of savings of enterprises as a component of financial resources for investment and technological renewal rate of physical capital in the transitional economy, improved concepts and categories of research on the economic regulation of financial resources playback inputs in transition economies.
