Essay

In dissertation theoretical ground and new decision of scientific problem, actual for neurosurgery and pathological anatomy are given - study of primary brain tumors morphogenesis that consists of their dissemination features research and criteria for objective morphological diagnostics working out. The structural and molecular reorganizations of tumors cells of different histological variants were studies, certain statistically significant criteria of invasion activity were defined for morphological diagnostics and treatment optimization. Types of the neuroectodermal tumors (NET) invasion were defined: parenchymatous, parenhimatos-mesenhymal, mesenhymal, mesenhymal-intersticial and intersticial. Structural and molecular indicators of tumor energetic status are representative for it's hypoxia level estimation and may be used for NET flow forecast, as criteria of their invasive activity. Differential and diagnostic criteria of NET "aggressive" potential are: positive nestin expression without glial fibrylar acidic protein if kinetic index is under 0.8 (GFAP- / nestin+) / to КІ>0,97. The prognosis of disease flow in patients with NET is defined by tumor grade, character and expression of destructive - reactive and adaptation-compensatory changes. Tumor lesion of functional important brain zones and it's zones that are important for life stipulates differential development of treatment tactics in neurooncological patients. We proposed system for individual
