Essay

On the basis of the methodology the possibility of the alclad aluminium alloys fatigue life prediction by the parameters of the deformation relief has been proved experimentally and theoretically. The methodology includes possibilities of the direct checking of the aircraft components state and assessment of the remaining fatigue life by the application of the fatigue sensors. The obtained regression models allow to asses fatigue life exhausting under regular, step-program and quasi random loading. The approval of the methodology has been performed by the assessment of the remaining life of regional plane structural components.
