The dissertation is a comprehensive study of theoretical problems of legal providing of formation institutes, inherent to the information society in Ukraine. Based on information society theory and institutional theory reviewed the influence of the legal regulation on the development of certain social relations, focused on the research framework of formation of e-institutions that characterize the features of the Information Society.
