Bidenko N. Patogenesis, clinics, prognosis, perculiarities of dental caries treatment and prevention at children up to 3 years

The dissertation is devoted to the clinical and laboratory substantiation of the differentiated approach to the dental caries prevention and treatment at children up to 3 years old. The clinical perculiarities of this disease were examined. These perculiarities allow to predict the type of future tooth destroying. The relevance of medical and socio-medical factors for caries appearance and progressing is researched. The mathematical models for caries predicting were created. The structural reorganization of oral microbiocenosis in children up to 3 years with dental caries was found. The changes of systemic and local oral immunity at little children with caries compare to healthy children were detected. The microstructure of the temporary enamel from different areas after its etching with phosphoric acid during different acid exposition was studied. Patogeneticaly-based complex of treatment and prevention of dental caries at children up to 3 years old was developed and tested. The algorithm of caries treatment at children up to 3 years was proposed. The complex of medical-organizational measures concerning caries prevention at little children for applying in different departments of pediatric polyclinic was substantiated.
