Object of the study is processes connected with warning the threat bankruptcy on industrial enterprise. Objective of study is development theorist-methodological and methodical basis of the shaping preventive mechanism threats bankruptcy and their interpretation for activity metallurgical enterprise. Methods of research are in dialectical, logical analysis, scientific abstraction, economy-statistical analysis, comparisons, economic and mathematical modeling, expert estimation and checking questioning, functional analysis. Theoretical and practical results: the scientific positions, defining conceptual bases anti-crisis management industrial enterprise; recommendations on improvement of the organizing structure industrial enterprise. Novelty: revision theoretical, methodological and organizing-methodical basis of the improvement of the system of the prevention and overcoming crisis phenomena’s on industrial enterprise.
