Object of research: theoretical and methodological and practical bases of the mechanisms of economic regulation of agricultural production in Ukraine. Objective: To develop theoretical and methodological principles and practical mechanisms of regulation of agriculture. Methods: historical and logical, dialectical, monographs, abstract and logical, statistical evaluation, group, comparative, graphic. Scientific novelty: the first set of theoretical and methodological principles and features of the functioning mechanisms of regulation of agriculture in terms of institutional support, developed a conceptual and methodological principles for the formation mechanisms of regulation of agricultural production on an innovative basis, the essence and the proposed conceptual optimization of the institutional mechanism of regulation of agricultural production ; improved role-mechanisms signs of economic regulation, the essence of economic regulation and mechanisms of its implementation, methodological principles defining rules for the economic, price, infrastructure and innovative mechanisms to ensure their development in a competitive market has evolved teaching position estimation characteristics of balancing demand-supply in the agricultural products, the criteria for evaluation of effectiveness of economic regulation, the conceptual framework of state influence on the development of agricultural production, conceptual and methodological position of evaluating the effectiveness of agricultural production and mechanisms of its regulation.
