The dissertation is devoted the decision of problems pathogenesis, features of a clinical current and treatment neurocirculatory dystonia of 355 young people. In dissertational work the modern concept of pathogenesis neurocirculatory dystonia taking into account a role of pathological changes of calcium and adenosine metabolism, frustration of respiratory system, microcirculation. Pathogenetic reasonable a method of treatment neurocirculatory dystonias is purpose of a combination of the antagonist of calcium of Verapamil, adenosinergic drugs Dipyridamole and a method of training inspiratory muscles on a background of standard therapy.
