Essay

The thesis is devoted to the established role of HC as one of pathogenic factors of atherosclerosis and ischemic heart disease and mechanism of its proatherogenic action. It was determined the role of folic acid and riboflavine, pyridoxine, cyanocobalamine deficiencies in development of HHC in experiment, in healthy subjects and in patients with IHD as well. It was determined normal value of HC level for different age groups, evaluated its gender features. It was demonstrated possibility to increase efficiency of treatment of patients with IHD who have HHC throw normalization of HC level by prescription (use) of folic acid and riboflavine, pyridoxine, cyanocobalamine.
