Boychenko . Creation of the state in philosophy of Old China: paradigms of understanding

In dissertation first within the frame of domestic history of philosophy complex research of the phenomenon of creation of the state and his basic interpretations in philosophy of Old China is carried out, that allowed in new way to comprehend the classic model of lighting socio-political questions within the limits of contrasting of western and east philosophical traditions, to expose the new aspects of difficult process of forming and development of east philosophy in whole. The complex analysis of historical and philosophical evolution of ideas and conceptions, which influenced on an origin, becoming and genesis of the unique state ideology of Old China, is conducted. It was set as a result, that the Confucius' doctrine on the fundamental value of education and education for existence of the state provided the origin of the unique state ideology of Old China on the basis of Confucianism. Accordingly, all positions of Confucianism in relation to creation and existence of the state which was traditionally examined as fundamental (ethic-social Confucius' doctrine) follows logically and historic to his doctrine about education and growing up.
