The thesis provides clinical and laboratory study the possibility of using own developed complex health care of patients with dentition defects and toothless jaws during adaptation to removable denture constructions. The developed formulation and laboratory research to study adaptive-adhesive gel "Comfort" to prevent inflammatory-destructive changes and improvements nozzle fixing removable dentures. For the first time experimentally proved the possibility of gels "Comfort" and "Pantestyn-Darnitsa" for the prevention and treatment of inflammatory-destructive lesions nozzle during adaptation to removable dentures.
