In the dissertatic work the results of experimental and clinical research of the mechanism of formation the orthopedic metallic constructions intolerance of toxic genesis in patients are presented, and suggested a new solution of scientific problems, consisting in the development of integrated measures for diagnosis, treatment and prevention of orthopedic constructions toxic effect in the prosthetic reconstruction of defects of the teeth and the dentition.
