The object of research is the process of innovative sustainable development of national economy in condition on information economics. The subject is the theoretical and methodological base of creation the national innovative sustainable development strategy in the condition on information economics being formed. The target of research is the creation and scientific foundation the theoretical and methodological base of creation the national innovative sustainable development strategy which used the change of economy growth factors in the condition of information economics and the influence of informatization on the transformation processes. The methodological base of research is the world scientific fond of economics, which includes the books and articles on economy and management in national economy and scientific methods of historical and logics, statistics, systems approach, comparison and simulation. The new scientific results are: the creation of strategy and the model of national economy innovative sustainable development, the detailed and structure of the scientific and technology factor in the economics growth factor, the Internet economic functions have been defined and the new markets principles have been formulated. The new theoretical results are useful for the development of the transformation science in the national economy. The practical results are used as recommendations while the innovative sustainable strategy on the different levels being formed and realized by government.
