Essay

The thesis deals with the methodological, theoretical and methodical bases of professional and pedagogical education. The conceptual bases of the development of professional and pedagogical education in Ukraine are grounded, the main trends and ways for implementation of the concept including socio-economic, legislative-normative, informational, organizational and management and others are studied. The author model of teaching of pedagogues of professional training in the system of multilevel professional and pedagogical education, as well as the model of professional competence of pedagogues of professional training are theoretically grounded.
