The work is devoted to increase of efficiency of early diagnostics, forecasting and substantiation of system of preventive rheumatic diseases maintenance for children. The opportunities of introduction of tool methods of screening diagnostics of defeats of heart and joints, which children with diplasia of connective tissue have, into the practice of public health services are specified. The concept of the role of some risk factors in the development of authoimmune inflammation that children with clinical diplasia of connective tissue have is presented. The clinical attributes of allocation of children with diplasia of connective tissue in group of the high risk of development of infringements are determined. By carrying out profound immunological and biochemical researches the specific laboratory attributes of increase rheumatic diseases are selected. On the basis of the presented step-by-step concept of development of system authoimmune reaction the diagnostic algorithm of supervising children with diplasia of connective tissue is offered and the methods of primary preventive maintenance of their rheumatic diseases are proved.
