Venediktov S. Conceptual framework of legal regulation of labour relations in Ukraine.

The thesis is devoted to research conceptual framework of legal regulation of labour relations in Ukraine because of their background and current existence in a market economy. They describe the richness of legal relations of employment, the legal mechanism of its regulation, the legal status of the subjects of legal relations of labour and analyzed foreign experience of legal regulation of labour relations in the CIS countries and the European Union. Given the economic, social and regulatory factors that employment legal relation and relevant international experience formulated proposals of theoretical and practical, as well as changes to the legislation in terms of improvement of legal regulation of labour relations in Ukraine. Modern approaches to the implementation of more effective regulation of labour relations are offered. These are individually contractual approach (labour contract), collectively contractual approach (local, collective contract agreements), departmental approach (legislative acts of ministries and departments), state (Constitution of Ukraine, Labour Code and some laws). In order that labour legislation corresponds with the realia of modern life and works for prospects, it is necessary to work out and adopt the single Conception of the public policy in the field of labour.
