Omelchenko A. Administrative legal basis of foreign economic activity in Ukraine

In dissertation foreign economic activity as the object of the legal regulation, legislation of Ukraine on foreign economic activity, methodology of research of administrative legal bases of foreign economic activity in Ukraine are investigated. Administrative and legal basis of state administration foreign economic activity in Ukraine, the system and legal status of organs, forms and methods of state administration in the noted sphere are analysed. Administrative and legal basis of non-state administration foreign economic activity from the side of organs of local self-government and other subjects of non-state management are investigated. Separate attention is spared research of administrative and legal basis of state administration external economic integration of Ukraine in world economic space and harmonization of legislation of Ukraine on foreign economic activity with an international and European law.
