In this thesis the new solution of the important scientific problem of developing the conceptual, theoretical and methodological and methodical applications of forming and using the integrated management systems for economic development of machine-building enterprises with introducing the highly-automatic information systems based on the using a cumulative-target approach is based and offered. The theoretical value is characteristic of the following thesis principles: the categorically conceptual apparatus and the concept of forming and using the integrated management systems of the economic development of machine-building enterprises on the basis of cumulative-target approach; the classification of types of machine-building enterprises, systems of machine-building enterprises, etc. The practically important researches are: the constructed system of models of forming the area plane of economic development of the enterprise in three- dimensional space, the model of function monitoring the integrated management systems of the economic development of machine-building enterprises is offered, the model of operating the formation and usage of the integrated management systems of the economic development of machine-building enterprises is constructed, the methods of evaluating the levels of the information support and cost-effectiveness of the integrated management systems of the economic development of machine-building enterprises are improved; the methodical principles of improving the integrated management systems of the economic development of machine-building enterprises as well as the optimization of the program of developing and implementing the highly-automatic information systems in forming the integrated management systems of the economic development of machine-building enterprises and others are developed.
