Theoretical and methodical principles of professional preparation of future specialists in hotel and resort business in the conditions of stepped education are probed in this dissertation. As a result of research scientifically-methodical system was first created and inculcated to the professional preparation of future specialists in hotel and resort business in the conditions of stepped education, on the basis of anthropological, differentiated, system and axiological approaches, which gave an opportunity to form their readiness to the professional activity in Hospitality industry.
