In dissertational work the results of theoretical generalization and decision of scientifically-applied problem of development of theory of functioning and service of industrial motor transport of quarries are presented. The mathematical models of car's functioning, activity of autoeconomies and service enterprises, that allowed to set that at introduction of brandname technical service probability of the capable of working state of open-pit dump trucks can arrive at 0,80…0,86, and also certain conformities to law of change of total transport and ware-house charges of enterprises, that provide the capable of working state of open-pit dump trucks are offered and improved. Minimum total transport and ware-house charges set at 8…10 strong points, 5…7 service centers and 4 car repair service plants, it is well-proven that the specialized production is effective for decentralize, beginning from probability of faultless work of aggregates 0,71…0,72. Set conformities to law of change of parameters of reliability of work of aggregates of BelAZ open-pit dump trucks by a carrying capacity 30, 45 t, and 120 t, that allow reasonably to plan supplying with awaiting-parts, volumes of repairs and volumes of works on transportation of mountain mass.
